Exchange Policy
Products can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving the order.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested size or product is unavailable, you may choose another item of equal value or pay the price difference for a higher-priced item.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted only if you receive a wrong item, damaged product, or a product with a manufacturing defect.
Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
The returned item must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
Products without original tags or packaging.
Items purchased during special promotions or clearance sales (unless they are defective or incorrect).
Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable if a replacement is not available for an eligible return.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method or as agreed with the customer.
Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment method.
