Digital Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

Welcome to MJ Apparels BD Digital Gift Voucher service. By purchasing or using our Digital Gift Voucher, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General Terms

  • Digital Gift Vouchers can only be used for purchases from MJ Apparels BD.

  • Each voucher is issued with a unique voucher code and should be kept secure.

  • The voucher code must be presented or entered during the purchase process to redeem the offer.

2. Voucher Validity

  • Digital Gift Vouchers are valid for the period mentioned at the time of purchase.

  • Expired vouchers cannot be extended, replaced, or refunded.

3. Redemption Policy

  • Digital Gift Vouchers can be redeemed only against eligible products available at MJ Apparels BD.

  • The voucher value can be used towards the total purchase amount.

  • If the purchase amount exceeds the voucher value, the remaining balance must be paid by the customer.

  • If the purchase amount is less than the voucher value, the remaining balance may not be converted into cash.

4. Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable

  • Digital Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable once purchased.

  • Lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of voucher codes will not be replaced.

5. Restrictions

  • A Digital Gift Voucher cannot be used with certain promotional offers unless stated otherwise.

  • Multiple vouchers may be subject to usage limitations.

  • The voucher cannot be transferred or resold without permission from MJ Apparels BD.

6. Order Cancellation & Returns

  • Products purchased using a Digital Gift Voucher are subject to our regular Return & Exchange Policy.

  • Refunds for eligible returns may be provided according to our store policies.

7. Changes to Terms
